Also I wanted to show images of Namibian Dollars. And mention here that they technically don’t exist:
Namibian Dollars (NAD) are tied to the South African Rand 1:1. So there are SAR found here and I was given one when I exchanged money. Asked our hosts and they explained that technically it’s all SAR and NAD doesn’t exist. It does in Namibia of course but you can’t bring NAD to use them in South Africa. My brain is still hurting as this means the images below with the beautiful animals is…. A figment of my imagination?
