Thanks to Bryce getting up at 0430 we made it to the airport and off to Denver. I just want to say that my oh so generous sister gave me the window seat. BUT ODDLY THERE WAS NO WINDOW. Thanks to Megan who picked us up and ferrried us about Denver including shopping we finally arrived at the Eurovan rental place and that is when the fun began. Megan and Karen looked like thieves opening the chain locking the gate as the owners were not there. Yeah. Stanley is what they call this rig. Overall in fairly good shape but missing critical tack! No headlamps for one. No 15-30 amp converter for another. Yeah this trip will be a challenge. We may be purchasing a few things as it is super dark tonight and no way to read our books. Life is not without challenges…..that last pic? NOT our rig, but I have concerns….we are considering renaming the rig. Thoughts?
I want to thank Bryce for getting up at 3:30 and getting us to the airport. She is a lifesaver dressed in pajamas.
