This is what we do when we are not touring or taking wondeful photos...

...well... let me tell you.  

We follow Birgit through the shrubbery as she looks for Geocaches..

Here she is down by the Waiho River that comes from the Franz Joseph Glacier collecting a bottle of water for her geocache. We were all sitting in the car, sure she would be washed away.  We entertained ourselves by killing the hundreds of little flying insects that invaded the car

 

Our other fun thing is taking pictures of ourselves with road signs.   This is making us experts (well, mostly Jim who drives always) on parking alongside a road that has no shoulder.  We are also good at dodging traffic now.
