We are coming close to the end of our time here but I still have photos to show you.
Yesterday Jim and I drove down to Duntroon and looked at interesting limestone. Jim has bought a book on the geology of New Zealand ( well, actually about 5 books) and one of them talked about this limestone area between the east coast and Duntroon. We looked at lots of interesting fossils and epikarst. Oh boy. For more information you will have to ask Jim. I should however mention there were lots of whale fossils. Here are photos:
