Dear blog readers, while we were out of wifi range we were on an overnight cruise of Ha Long Bay. This is UNESCO World Heritage site and a major tourism location in Vietnam.
The region has thousands of karst towers in a saltwater bay, and while I would dive deep into the geology, that is not my strong suit. So here are photos:
And in case anyone thinks we were out here on our own, think again! I estimate there were over 100 other boats out in the bay with us!
