Well, we have fallen off the wagon with regards to posting since we have been successful in returning home. We did not succumb to dire predictions of falls or illnesses on our trip, and a good time was had by all. We were sure tired when we got to Seattle though....
Our last day was quite interesting, we drove from Cape Breton all the way to Luneburg which is south of Halifax. It was a 4 hour drive, but we stopped in Peggy's Cove along the way. We also took the time to visit the Swiss Air Flight 111 memorial which is just outside of Peggy's Cove.
We spent the night in Luneburg which is a UNESCO World Heritage site. I think because of all the old buildings. I will post photos in the next blog post.

Ps Birgit has aquired more gnomes in her garden. Wonder how that happened.....
