Having minor issues with posting don’t know if it’s Blogger, my iPad or the internet but I can’t post much after loading photos
Ok so day 1 continues with a march up to this neighborhood north side of Acropolis hill which was built by people from Anafi island who were stonemasons and builders. It’s a veritable rabbit warren of tiny twisting streets and alleys and passages where now wealthy folks keep an “island cottage in the city and is filled with bougainvillea and oleander. It was awesome! We dragged Karen back today for a late lunch and walkabout. Plus a fantastic lunch in a massive downpour which was fun to watch from our place of safety under the awning!
