Yes. Coffee comes in these tiny espresso cups and is a whole ritual. It comes in no sugar, medium sugar, and sweetened just barely enough for me to tolerate. Greeks evidently take their coffee quite seriously. The accompanying walnut cake is soaked in honey and quite moist.
I did drink about a quarter of a cup, treating it like ouzo and taking tiny sips. The rest went to Libby who is hopelessly addicted. After drinking it is traditional to invert and let sit x 15-20 minutes and then a gifted person can read your fortune in the grounds.
