We found crystals for sale along the side of the road on our day tour of the Skeleton Coast. Turns out this is a huge salt producing area!
Weirdly it is all on the honor system, there was no one in sight anywhere UNTIL we stopped at the shipwrecks. Then guys selling mineral specimens popped out of nowhere
We had the geologist in the group negociate for a small sample.
